Software-based data protection system

A software solution for building an automated IT ecosystem not tied to a hardware platform. This is a virtualised storage environment, which may contain:

• standard interfaces — APIs which manage, allocate and release resources, maintain services and storage devices;
• virtualisation of data access paths — block, object and file access in accordance with application interfaces;
• transparency — monitoring of storage resources consumed, management of them and control of their costs.
