Main tasks:

  • Search and attract customers to promote system integration services (corporate sales B2B, B2G)
  • Organization of personal meetings, conducting business negotiations with the staff of the customer of the TOP level
  • Conducting presentations of IT products and integration solutions of the Company
  • Formation of commercial offers, conclusion of contracts
  • Building and developing relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Participation in marketing activities of customers and partners in order to develop new markets and opportunities of the Company
  • Timely involvement and coordination of all necessary resources of the Company to ensure successful work in projects
  • Working with the sales funnel tool
  • Operational reporting

Candidate requirements:

  • • Experience in sales in the IT market from 2 years
  • • Understanding the technology of providing IT services in system integration and sales of complex solutions
  • • Negotiation experience
  • • Organization and holding of presentations
  • • Communication skills
  • • Ability to perform work independently on the entire sales cycle, and work in a team on individual tasks
  • • Ability to work with demanding customers
  • • Focus on customer needs and the end result
  • • Having a base of corporate clients will be an advantage
  • • General knowledge (preferably): a) principles of building local area networks (LAN) and territorially distributed networks (WAN); b) corporate telephone and video communication systems; c) information security systems; d) servers and SZD, virtualization, VDI; e) data center, energy supply; f) engineering infrastructure (SCS, ACS, IED); g) business applications (CRM / ERP / MES / SCM)

Head of Business Solutions (BPM / APM / integration solutions)

Specialization: management

Branch Office: Kyiv

Main tasks:

  • Planning and development direction
  • Development, management of product portfolio development and promotion to the commercial department (sales training)
  • Department management
  • Participation in negotiations and meetings with clients as an expert (pre-sale) in the field
  • Control of preparation of commercial offers, specifications, presentations, the offered decisions, their protection at clients
  • Development of partnerships and interaction with vendors, distributors, subcontractors (pricing, discounts, delivery times)
  • Preparation and coordination of the plan of necessary works and the list of executors for implementation of the offered decision
  • Project implementation management
  • Participation in marketing events (presentations, articles, forums, exhibitions)

Candidate requirements:

  • Product Manager / Pre-sale experience with software products and solutions for the corporate market
  • Knowledge and experience with BPM and / or ESB and / or APM technologies
  • Team management experience
  • Understanding the sales life cycle, software implementation
  • Experience of presentations
  • English — Intermediate
